SHIPPING
Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via DHL and SDA / POSTE ITALIANE couriers.
Shipping in Italy has a cost of € 10.00 and is free for orders over € 500.
There’s the free “pick-up in FABBRICA BINI” option: once the online purchase has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirming when the order will be ready for the pick-up. In this occasion it will be necessary to show the order confirmation email.
Shipping to countries belonging to the European Union has a cost of € 20.00 and is free for orders over € 700, there may be exceptions relating to shipping costs in the case of remote locations.
Shipping to European countries outside the European Union and the rest of the world has a variable cost depending on the destination areas between € 25.00 to € 50.00 and is free for orders over € 1000.
Orders are shipped by gentuccabini.it subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of payment.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times: 2-3 working days in Italy, 2-5 working days in Europe, 3-7 working days in the rest of the world. For the Same Day Delivery service on Milan, a local pony express service will be used. It is possible to request the SAME DAY DELIVERY service for the city of Milan, the service costs € 15 and is active from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. In this case the order must be sent in by 10am. Orders are handled by GENTUCCA BINI brand, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Customs Charges
In the case of orders for non-EU destinations and any customs and tax obligations, including any payment of duties and charges to which the shipment is subject, are the responsibility of the recipient
